When you make an appointment for the frozen semen program we require the following.

• Copy of your pet's AKC registration
• Phographs of stud.  3 views Front, left and right side views
• DNA (AKC Requirement) certificate. If you do not have DNA of stud. We will obtain a DNA sample at the time of your first visit.
• Brucella canis test results. If you do not have one we will perform immediate in-house test at the time of your first visit.
• If you plan to export frozen semen, please notify us at your first visit.  
• Microchip ID number.
• Please bring a bitch in heat if one is available.
• Notify us if you are planning to ship frozen semen overseas ( Leptospirosis titer test required at the time of freezing semen).

We will provide the additional services needed to enter the frozen semen program. Florida Animal Reproductive Center will complete the American Kennel Club paperwork.

We require a Non refundable deposit of $250.00 when you make your appointment to freeze semen. This deposit will be applied towards your Frozen semen fee.

We also provide Chilled Semen shipment services.

Airport pickup and delivery of your pet and Boarding kennel facilities are available.
